Rosh Ha'ayin,  February 09, 2012 - The Board of Directors of Wizcom Technologies
Ltd. (Prime Standard: WZM, IL 0010830706) informs that the Company has filed for
insolvency  at the court, as the Company has not been able to solve its
liquidity issues. The Board expects that the court will nominate an
administrator for Wizcom Technologies Ltd. As public administration in Israel is
on strike today, no decision has been received from the court as yet.

Board and Management will inform shareholders about further developments as and
when material information becomes available.
